Regional Swimming Development Managers

RSDMs are employed by Scottish Swimming to support clubs and work with partners to improve aquatic sports in Scotland.

In addition, RSDMs can help clubs through the process of affiliation to the North District, work with clubs to help them become accredited through SwiMark, assist with the organisation of UKCC courses, continuous professional development and other workshops.

RSDMs also assist with development opportunities, general advice and act as a local Scottish Swimming face for helping clubs to work with local authorities, leisure trusts and other pool operators.

North District has two Regional Swimming Development Managers (RSDM).

Jordan covers Tayside (Angus, Dundee, Perth and Kinross) in addition to Grampian (Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire).
